The CSCE is actually a treaty organization THAT RUSSIA IS A MEMBER OF.
“It is DEFINITELY US policy, because it’s on a .gov website...”
Umm, you realize that Russia is a member of the CSCE, right? So I guess that makes it official Russian government policy too, by your reasoning.
“Everything that has happened in Ukraine has been done to enrich our political class, their financial backers and the defense industry.”
Why would Russia invade Ukraine (twice) to enrich our political class, etc?
And Crimea to Ukraine.
“Umm, you realize that Russia is a member of the CSCE, right? So I guess that makes it official Russian government policy too, by your reasoning.”
How do you read the below, taken DIRECTLY from their website?
“We are a US GOVERNMENT COMMISSION that promotes human rights, military security, and economic cooperation in 57 countries in Europe, Eurasia, and North America. Nine Commissioners are members of the Senate, nine are members of the House of Representatives, and three are executive branch officials.”
This is certainly no surprise to Russia or to Putin. That is why he is going to fight them.
We would hope we would fight for it too if Russia or China parked their behinds on the border of Mexico or Canada knowing that Russia or China were there with this agenda in mind..
“Isn’t this the ultimate example of projection?”
Yes it is.
LOL!
Winter may be over in Florida where Matt's at - but it's not over on the European continent, Froo.
I hear that it's pretty brisk in Kiev these days...
Yes, its USA policy.
Its absolutely necessary for the maintenance of the US deep state.
And If people think that the “de-colonizing of Russia” isn’t connected to fake elections, open borders, LGBTQ, etc... here in the USA, they are fools.
“We fomented an illegal coup in Ukraine in 2014...”
Lol, you can keep saying that over and over but it doesn’t make it true. Nor does it change the fact that Russia had already engaged in a coup including political assassinations against elected Ukrainian leaders prior to 2014.
Um, if you are writing from the United States and you’re not Native American all this giving back would have to go to its logical conclusion.
Watching “Cookies” Nuland in front of CONgrift last week almost convinced me that she’s possessed by demons.
That’s the whole story.
“Winter may be over in Florida where Matt’s at - but it’s not over on the European continent, Froo.”
So you still believe that millions of Germans are going to freeze to death this winter? I’d be willing to bet with good odds that is not going to happen.
A lot of truth in that. Much of the anti-Russia sentiment out there is at least energized by hatred of more traditional values/heterosexuality. I noticed the local lefties/woke-aristas jumped rather quickly to their feet to “Stand with the Ukraine”.
Since when does the US Federal government have "independent commissions"?
From what are they independent? The President? The People? The Constitution?
By what authority are they created?

That any "group" eyes breaking up a nation -- decolonizing -- is great when it's Russia, but one could suggest that Russia is in the same manner decolonizing Ukraine, the "breakaways" being colonies of the current Maidan-born Kiev administration. It all depends on which ox is getting gored, it seems.
As to the article, that "barbaric" war on Libya mentioned in the article it seems to have been the work of Obama, as one recalls. Ah well. Don't let a detail spoil a good narrative.
One wonders how "decolonizing" our United States, Canada or Mexico would go over as a narrative. Or perhaps decolonizing the European Union, though that seems underway with so much impetus from any "Young Global Leaders Network."
And some of California back to Mexico, which then should be given back to 1) indigenous tribes or 2) Spain. Take your pick.
Maybe the same logic could go for the original "colonies" of Great Britain?
