Now for some good news about our planet: The ozone layer is healing.
A recent United Nations-backed assessment found continued progress in the global effort to repair the shield-like layer high up in the stratosphere that protects Earth and its inhabitants from harmful ultraviolet radiation that causes skin cancer and hurts plants and animals. The ozone layer is now on track to be restored to 1980s levels over much of the world by 2040, over the Arctic by 2045 and the Antarctic by 2066.
The gradual recovery of the ozone layer has been held up as proof that humanity can succeed with sustained, collective action against a shared threat to our environment. So should it also give us hope for the climate crisis? Not if we ignore its example and continue with the same plodding rate of action.
If international cooperation is working successfully to reverse the thinning of the ozone layer, it stands to reason that multilateral efforts could also prove successful in the fight against climate change and fossil fuels.
It’s possible that decades from now we will be celebrating the near-elimination of fossil fuels and tracking the recovery of the atmosphere from our reckless dumping of greenhouse gases.
But hoping so isn’t enough. We have all the tools we need to fight this existential threat and we now know that taking decisive action can get results. We can’t wait a moment longer to act.

Question is....was there ever a time when there wasn’t a hole in the ozone layer.
It will be harder simply because you don’t have the facts on your side.
The Climate Change hoax will never be over as long as the New World Order globalists

The thinning of ozone at the poles depends largely on winds and temperature.. Recently a thinning of ozone was discovered in the tropics and no one has any idea why it occurred. CFCs can’t explain it. Quite possibly it is all natural fluctuation due to as yet unknown causes.

There is no one perfect “set point” for the climate in this age or any other. The climate is composed of SO many variables, most of which end up cancelling each other out, that no computer model is ever likely to be written with our present level of technology, now or even far into the future.
Men once believed the earth was A) flat; or B) the center of the universe. Sometimes both of these and a whole lot of other highly imaginative speculation about the nature of the world around us. Much of which has been disproven, but we have not yet divined even the scope of all the sum total of reality out there.
It is much like the tale of the group of blind men trying to define the size, shape, and scope of an elephant by the sense of touch alone.

In 2021 it was the 13th largest since 1980, at that time they said it was due to cold weather.

If the LA Slimes editorial board is so concerned about fossil fuels, they should get rid of everything that contains petroleum from their daily lives. What they will find is they are naked, with no way to improve their already suspect hygiene or get around. They will find themselves on dirt paths, starving and praying for salvation after acting godless in the name of the revolution.
