An activist at a slavery reparations meeting in California blasted the $223,000 payments proposed for black residents in the state - yelling almost a quarter of a million dollars for each person is 'not enough'.

The eye-popping outburst came from Reverend Tony Pierce who voiced his dissatisfaction after California Secretary of State Dr. Shirley Weber opened up the floor to the public.

Nine task force members held the meeting in San Diego and welcomed guests for public comments to discuss California AB 3121...

...'There should be no residency requirements for California! We have to encourage our people to come back to California! What better way to encourage our people to come back to California if we have no requirements?' Pierce asked...

The great thing about fanatics is they lack all sense of proportion. Instead they try to outdo each other in their demands. The public hearings with audience input is a great venue for this population to beclown themselves. The more outrageous the reparation demands, the better.

You are right about how this talk is going to be received by the non-Black and especially the Hispanic and Asian communities in California and elsewhere. Republicans (aka “The Stupid Party”) need to put together a coherent campaign pointing out this nonsense and warning it will continue and worsen as long as the other party is still in power.

Actually, these reparation efforts could be labeled the “Destroy the California Democrat Party Initiative” because that’s what it would do.

Thanks . I’ve been wondering if blacks tip blacks ? Or only tend to stiff whites who provide service to them. “ Thank you’s” are nice, pleasant and often appropriate, yet often quite rare. This is not ‘stereotyping’ , but front line actual day-to-day observations.

Trouble to non person of color servers....

I first learned online that was a trend a few years ago and then watched and saw heartbreaking mistreatment and lies told to her boss against a white server who did nothing wrong. I was able to be an eyewitness after the “guests” left and the boss agreed with me, thank goodness and she was okay.

But how many thousands happen every week all over the fifty states? Prejudice and bias.

In Michigan some jurisdictions are saying reparations should be for “slavery” and unequal “mass incarceration.”
