The Biden Autocracy
The American Mind ^ | January 28 2023 | Kenin M. Spivak

Article I, Section 3 of the United States Constitution requires the President to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,” and in his oath of office, the president swears to do so. All federal statutes must comply with the U.S. Constitution. Executive orders and agency regulations must comply with both the Constitution and federal law. When President Biden instructs, authorizes, or merely permits the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to disregard U.S. immigration law, or federal departments and agencies to hire personnel, enact policies, and grant funds based on race, or to collude with social media to deplatform, demonetize, and censor private speech, he violates this core presidential responsibility, among other core protections guaranteed by the Constitution and federal law.

I watched Berquam and Blu videos from Darian Gap.

The invasion is unbelievable, and includes Afghans and Mainland Chinese.

O’Biden and DC are not simply derelict.

Presidents, especially those on the democrat/left-side of the political spectrum, will test the laws and if they’re not stopped when violating those laws, they will take the extra mile after he wasn’t stopped after the first inch.

Clinton did it, Obama did it, Biden is doing it on a daily basis. No republican, and especially no democrat, has been able to stop the violations, and not stopping the president means that he can continue to test and violate the laws of the land. The most we get from government officials and law-enforcement people, is rhetoric. It’s like “oh no, you can’t do that; it’s against the constitution”, but the result is “we ain’t gonna stop you, so, carry on.”.’

Since he’s not the duly elected President,

I was just going to say that who is going to stop Biden and his administration? Not a soul. I just hate DC and our Congress that won’t even try very hard to stop Biden.

Why would a guy who engaged in a massive conspiracy to steal the Presidency give a crap about any other laws?

He does what his owners want, unhindered by silly things like separation of powers.

It isn’t in Article I.

Try Article II Section 3.

Sheesh.

Biden has long been in rebellion against the Constitution - at least since his Brady Bill voting.

Amendment IV:

“The right of the people to be secure in their...effects, against unreasonable...seizures, shall not be violated...”

Courts, which have Amendment XIV, Section 1 power, also have Amendment XIV, Section 3 rebel removal power.
