correct. they are being cut off fro the north and south. they need to retreat out of Bakhmut as they are getting slaughtered and the roads to retreat are even now within Russia artillery. Its better to save the remaining Uraine troops and re organize, than let them be slaughtered. Within 2 weeks or less (probably 1) they will lose Bakhmut.

Its doubtful the tanks will get there in time, unless we send “contractors” with them to operate, fuel, and maintain them , plus supply ammo. 50 tanks will not make much difference unless used as a spearhead.
