Every single one of them is tied to state and federal government-funded teacher programs, textbook publishers, per-student funding, federal mandates and the like.
Please answer the question about why govt school funding is OK by you but govt health care is not.

Please don’t confuse NeverTrumpers with FormerTrumpers. The first group has never supported Trump. The second group went for Trump in 2016 and 2020, but has reluctantly decided its time to move on. I’m in that second group.
Sounds like a Democrat to me.
The answer of course would be no...but the free market provides both at lower cost and higher quality. You’ll recognize that by the academic and health outcomes for poor blacks.
