Kemp is a RINO. If he had some actual spine he would’ve declared a state of emergency, called up the national guard, issued a curfew and shoot on sight orders for said national guard.

Then if Klantifa thugs show up to riot, shoot them dead immediately.

I believe Kemp’s decision is appropriate. AnUStifa initiates violence and destruction with little provocation. This latest police brutality incident is their dream come true.
