But, when OUR resident low life crooks and traitors like Biden and McConnell are on the same team, and the overall amount of aid seems disproportionate to facts (not to mention the low contributions of other countries), I’m now thinking STRICT conditions should be placed on disbursement of aid in the future starting with an investigatory audit performed by a non American or Ukraine National Accounting Firm.
