Failed votes are “quality control rejected votes” to provide integrity in our elections.
Follow the money. Immediately after the 2000 election Chris Dodd (CT) pushed thru a bill for Federal money. A FOD (Friend of Dodd) said “It’s as if the bill is written specifically for me.”.... which it was.
It financed FREE Federal money to State and Local elections officials that bypassed Legislatures and County Boards. It financed both R and D election officials to contract with Firms recommended by the FOD.
Republicans took the FREE money. What could possibly be wrong with FREE money ... especially when it would not be accountable to the legislature or County board?

Oh, thanks. He should have the Admin delete it. I agree with him if he’s referring to MTG. Trump never would “name” her (if he means as VP). She’s way too trashy for him.

What does it actually mean to say that 200,000 (or 250,000 in some articles) votes “failed”? Is that the number of times ballots were fed into counting machines without success (with the sme ballot fed through over and over in some cases)? Were 200,00-250,000 voters completely thwarted and somehow not allowed to cast ballots that were counted in the elecion? Did people whose votes “failed” ultimately get to vote? Etc.
I want there to be a massive smoking gun, but bombshell reports have a way of turning out to be less than they first appeared.
