Careful, some 3 letter semi secret groups from Russia, EU and the USA might have to take you out.
This is similar to Vietnam, where Russia, China, and how, we got rid of old weapons and created new ones for the new wars on the land, sea and in the air.

Some of what is being sent is older stuff, true - but your idea falls apart on the current realities of the supply chain. There is nothing to replace it with in any useful timeframe.
