On President Joe Biden’s first day in office, White House press secretary Jen Psaki pledged that the administration would “bring transparency and truth back to government.”

The Biden administration kept silent Tuesday about whether the president would approve a search

The real story here is that Biden gets to approve the search.

WASHINGTON — The Biden administration kept silent Tuesday about whether the president would approve a search of his Senate records at the University of Delaware after even more classified documents were found Friday at his Wilmington home.

The Bidet Administration will remain silent until it receives confirmation that everything which might have caused a problem has been incinerated!

It is a mystery to me why the DOJ, including the FBI, needs Biden’s permission to search the U of Delaware documents. As we saw with Trump, a search warrant will trump consent every time. Given the, at best, grossly negligent manner in which Biden has handled these classified materials, it seems there would be little difficulty in setting out sufficient probable cause to convince a Federal Magistrate to approve the execution of a search warrant. Will that happen? Doubtful.

Here's why Univ of Delaware will never be searched: Tara Reade.

And conversely, now it's time for the GOP Congress to grow a pair and subpoena outside the Special Counsel.

"Joe's Biden's campaign dispatched operatives to the University of Delaware's library in the past year to rifle through his secretive Senate records there, Business Insider reported Thursday -- raising the possibility they accessed documents related to Tara Reade's accusation that he sexually assaulted her when she worked for him in 1993.

The development comes as both The Atlantic and The Washington Post argued that Biden should instruct the university to turn over the records, saying they "could contain confirmation of any complaint Ms. Reade made, either through official congressional channels or to the three other employees she claims she informed not specifically of the alleged assault but more generally of harassment."

Not lately, but back in the Senate, he did the same dirty deals with his brother, going with him on trips and started businesses that he had no qualifications for and making large profits. That’s how it’s done in Washington, and he’s hardly the only one. The documents might well have been part of it back then. It needs to be studied. What documents are in his university trove, and what’s the time line with his brother’s deals, and how do they coincide.
