Millions of army surplus 20 and 30 round magazines were still legal for sale, and if you knew where to look you could find 30 round magazines stamped “For Police Use Only” still for sale all through the ban.

if there was no push from the ruling elite and the liberals to relieve Americans from their second amendment constitutional rights, would there still be the number of mass shootings that we are experiencing these days? I think not.
Any type of firearm can be used to assault another person, therefore all guns are assault weapons, and they must be banned. /s

No use considering the facts soberly, such as that California has the strictest anti-gun laws in the US and NEITHER of the two shootings would have been stopped by registration, waiting periods or other laws, even with a Gun Free Sign in two languages.
