On Monday, Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr spoke with local AccessWDUN radio to denounce the Antifa riot on Saturday night in downtown Atlanta, saying he was "confident" their crimes counted as domestic terrorism.
"I am confident that the facts will show that these individuals have engaged in domestic terrorism. It provides for a serious punishment and for a longer term if convicted," Carr said.
On Saturday, Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene also called the Atlanta Antifa domestic terrorists and tweeted, "It's happening again TONIGHT in Atlanta. When will our federal agencies start taking left-wing TERRORISM seriously? Looking at you Merrick Garland… ANTIFA/BLM = DOMESTIC TERRORISTS!"
Members of the so-called Treehouse Antifa took to the streets Saturday to scuffle with police, set a police car ablaze, and throw rocks and fireworks at the Atlanta Police Foundation. The riot came after the now-suspended Atlanta Forest Twitter account called for a "night of rage" following the fatal shooting of one of their members, 26-year-old Manuel Esteban Paez Teran. Paez Teran was killed after he shot a police officer.

Harris County (Houston) accounts for most of the executions in Texas
Why should persons convicted of attempted capital murder not get the death penalty? They were just lucky the doctors could save the victim, but the intent was the same.
We could clean out a lot of prisons.
If they are smart they will investigate who is paying them (Soros or his NGO’s). Then go after them to pay for the damages. Georgia Bureau of Investigation can earn their keep. Might even make a dent in Soros’ war chest.
According to the article, 5 of the 6 terrorists came from out of state. Clearly, that they traveled to Georgia, for the purpose of engaging in domestic terrorism, arson, assault on police or other crimes, gives the federal government the power to charge them under federal law. Indeed, there is a specific criminal statute that makes in a crime to travel in interstate commerce for the purpose of engaging in racketeering activity (ITAR). Racketeering activity includes state law crimes and I suspect included in the list of predicate acts are some of the charges now lodged against these criminals. Perhaps these facts should be brought to the attention of our impartial US Attorney General.
4 of the 6 arrested Saturday now being held without bond including the rich kid from Maine.
So notice how aunty fa will stop agitating in GA.
He’s blue. Nada. Nothing. Maybe a slap on the wrist. I’m waiting for the feds to get involved over the explosives.

“Politically it is way better than other places”
Shirley you jest?
Yes 5 of the 6 terrorists came from out of state Fox showed where they came from some from wealthy families.Antifa members hate America not democrats or Republicans just anarchist’s the same can be said about many of the illegals coming across the border.
Soros is spending millions bribing judges and state reps to make sure it happens.
Easy there. It’s just Portland and eugene mostly. The rest of the state is beautiful.
Amen, Portland runs the state.
Very much like the other west coast states, Commifornia and the Peoples Republic of Washington.
Salem ain’t so great either. I lived in Western Oregon for 16 years and there seemed to be a lot of petty crime and druggies.
Wouldn’t mind moving to Baker City in Eastern Oregon though. Near Grants Pass in Southern Oregon is another possibility. Both places are beautiful and the people seem mostly more sane than the city folk in the I-5 corridor.
It’s way better than California where I never had to show my picture ID to vote
