Anyone who calls any part of the BOR a “suicide pact” is immediately disqualified from Federal office, IMO. How can he swear to protect and defend the Constitution when he doesn’t believe in it?
Not in the least surprised. With all of the tax money collected by California, any sensible state government would use it in an intelligent manner by addressing each of the problems and dealing with them. Instead they use the easy excuse of blaming inanimate objects instead of correcting personal behavior.
Politicians are morally and intellectually bankrupt. And they have bankrupted their state.
