1. Who is Huu Can Tran?
-Nationality?
-Citizenship?
-Criminal record?
-Any "red flags" (threats, domestic violence, etc)?
2. What make of Firearm? Capacity of magazine(s) and number of magazines.
3. How many, and which, gun laws were broken?
-Was the gun legally obtained and / or owned?
-Concealed carry permit?
4. Any alcohol or drugs (prescribed, OTC, or street or illegal) in blood?
5. Web pages, letters, manifestos?
6. Any criminal or arrest record? Any "history" with the police? -

In any case it’s banned in Commiefornia. It’s a scary “assault weapon” if semi auto and banned as a machine gun in the unlikely event that it actually is full auto. There are no transferable MGs in California. As for its cost as a transferable NFA item that is 100% due to the ‘86 ban. I doubt that it cost more than 25 or 30 dollars to make, as they are a crude POS.

There are no transferable MGs in California. Weren't there businesses that provided actual automatic weapons to Hollywood, for use in movies? Obviously you don't need "the real McCoy" to fire blanks, but I thought I had read they had some sort of exemption...

Some years ago someone on here educated me about the P-38 and I ordered a few off Amazon and I LOVE them! Lots of modern cans won’t open with a modern can opener but the P-38 opens EVERYTHING!
