-Nationality?

-Citizenship?

-Criminal record?

-Any "red flags" (threats, domestic violence, etc)?

2. What make of Firearm? Capacity of magazine(s) and number of magazines.

3. How many, and which, gun laws were broken?

-Was the gun legally obtained and / or owned?

-Concealed carry permit?

4. Any alcohol or drugs (prescribed, OTC, or street or illegal) in blood?

5. Web pages, letters, manifestos?

6. Any criminal or arrest record? Any "history" with the police? -

The gun is legal in Commiefornia only if he owned it prior the the CA ban and registered it with the CA Stasi, as there are no transfers allowed for the serfs.
