Russia threatened to retaliate against the U.S. and other Western nations if they provide more powerful weapons to Ukraine, warning on Sunday that stepped-up military aid from allies would trigger a βglobal catastrophe.β

They said last summer that long range weapons were a “red line,” and that if the west provided them, then they would hit the, “decision centers.”
The Russians will do exactly as they say they will. Which decision centers, who knows, how they will hit them, who knows.
What if Russia launched an ICBM (without a reentry heat shield or bomb) towards Los Angeles?
Does the US government warn the people in the Los Angeles basin or does it keep silent?
Either way, the Biden administration is going to have people upset.
The Ukrainians can put a booster stage to convert a medium-range US missile into a long-range missile.
The booster stage would be within Ukraine’s capability.
Many Ukrainians resent the use of the Russian language and the economic power of Russians in Ukraine that are a legacy of the USSR, much like ‘people of color’ resent the dominance of white people in American government and corporations.
Like people of color in the USA, those Ukrainians have taken action.
The Russians in eastern Ukraine decided to go their own way. That was not accepted by Kiev. It was not well received in DC either since the people in DC fear that white nationalists might fight for autonomy within the USA.
This, unfortunately.π΅βπ«
As if you knew anything about Russians other than what you see on CNN.
When you hear the siren I hope you will quickly log on and drop me a line...”you were right!”..
And hopefully I can quickly check for it. πππ
They have six nuclear torpedoes, time to the WH is 3-4 minutes.
Not sure we will have time to put in two codes by 2 different people.
Is Biden one of the 2?

Hey. I loved your post.
They won't do that. They know it would provoke nuclear retaliation. We don't know what is or is not on an ICBM. If the point of impact is in CONUS you can bet that at least one missile would be launched in retaliation and that missile would have a nuclear payload. End result: One blank missile fired towards the US and one destroyed Russian city. (At this point Putin's inner circle kills him.)
On the other hand, we have already had one administration that said we could "absorb a nuclear strike'.
However, getting out of this intellectual comfort zoneβwhich, in fact, psychologically, is just a zone of fearβis an important exercise for all those who advocate the search for truth, which can often differ significantly from the narratives established by the protagonists of the dominant issues.
In this analysis, I will not go into all of the historical elements of each of the conflicting parties that are clearly important and that have led to the confrontation in which the world finds itself today, but I wish to illuminate the really dominant role, dissimulated from the naked eye, of the key player in this conflict: the United States of America.
History shows us that, despite appearances, no war of the past has ever had a single cause for its outbreak.
At the heart of every major conflict is certainly a blueprint of multiple causes and sub-goals to be achieved in the framework of a major ultimate goal, often far beyond the war itself.
The trigger causes declared by the conflicting parties are merely a reflection of the culmination, the tip of an iceberg of deep disagreements that not only can no longer be resolved diplomatically, but often, on the contraryβwhose diplomatic resolution would be an obstacle to the achievement of predetermined and carefully concealed objectives."

The weapon is designed to βdestroy important economic installations of the enemy in coastal areas and cause guaranteed devastating damage to the countryβs territory by creating wide areas of radioactive contamination, rendering them unusable for military, economic or other activity for a long time,β

Six nuclear torpedoes, and this sub has been out twice in the arctic, completed testing there. Recently seen surfacing off the east coast but we are unable to detect it underwater.
"It's a nuclear delivery system designed directly to mitigate any American missile defense capabilities."

Well its a bit too late to decry invasion and separatism.
Dear Biden et al,
Remember Kosovo?
Love,
Putin
I guess WE are still retaliating for all the death and destruction the Russians meted out to our guys in Korea and Vietnam?
Actually it is not.
They have spoken many many times about being defeated in Ukraine, and said if that happens it is over, ie
first all US bases close to Russia.
Simultaneously, they can take out much of the east coast
with the Belgorod sub.
See my posting history..I just posted about it.
They are certainly on the east coast today, waiting for the order.
I have also heard Putin say London was high on the list.
If Russia uses nukes, they already have decided they cannot survive.
That’s why they would use them.
If we keep escalating....well don’t make too many vacation plans just yet.
Also do you happen to live on the east coast? Asking for a friend...
The problem with this is that every time we carry the torch of freedom to a new country, their children are still dying from the bombs we left behind 20 years later.
Oh and those countries are often completely destroyed and left in tatters.
There are a number of other top US politicians' children who have jobs over in the Ukraine for which they have no industry experience.
And the fact the George Sore-Ass and others have spoken of the end of Democracy if the Ukraine falls to Russia, gives the game away.
You know, like "light colonel" Vindman of Peach-45 fame, who once bragged he had been offered the position of Defense Minister in the Ukraine.
I got my doubts about that thing.
But what I do not have doubts about is the sub that the US Navy calls the black hole the Russian have. They have lost contact with them quite often and those can launch hyper sonic missiles.
The Belgorod? Six nuclear torpedoes?
