Six nuclear torpedoes, and this sub has been out twice in the arctic, completed testing there. Recently seen surfacing off the east coast but we are unable to detect it underwater.

It might slip under the U.S. ballistic missile defense network because it is not a ballistic missile. But suppose they do launch one or more of the torpedoes. There is little question as to who the culprit would be. Do you think they would not be thoroughly destroyed in retaliation?
