Elon Musk took to Twitter late Friday evening to share his personal experience with the second COVID booster shot, explaining he ran into "major side effects."
In a series of tweets, the Twitter CEO said he felt like he "was dying" and that a cousin of his in "peak health" suffered myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart which is listed as a possible side effect of some coronavirus vaccines.
"I had major side effects from my second booster shot. Felt like I was dying for several days. Hopefully, no permanent damage, but I dunno," Musk said in a tweet.
He added: "And my cousin, who is young & in peak health, had a serious case of myocarditis. Had to go to the hospital."
In a third post, Musk explained it was not his choice to get the second booster but was a requirement to visit a Tesla location in Berlin, Germany.
"Was required to visit Tesla Giga Berlin. Not my choice," he said.
In yet another post, Musk explained he had no issues with receiving the initial Johnson & Johnson vaccine or the first mRNA booster.
"I had OG C19 before vaccines came out and it was basically a mild cold. Then had J&J vaccine with no bad effects, except my arm hurt briefly," he tweeted.
The Tesla founder added: "First mRNA booster was ok, but the second one crushed me."

Sometimes I feel, sometimes I feel,
Like I’ve been tied to the whippin’ post.
Tied to the whippin’ post, tied to the whippin’ post.
Good Lord, I feel like I’m dyin’
I’m sort of a Elon fan but I’m really disappointed in him that he was dumb enough to take the jab. Any of them..........
Just for the record, millions of us did not and will not.
there’s a 1 in 3 chance of getting ‘the vaxx’ that’ll end up clogging your arteries or some other VAIDS related problem.
of course, the left will put their thumb on the scale to ensure those odds are 1 in 1 for people that have upset ‘the movement’
and as he’s not feeling well... sorry Elon, they gave you the real deal.
NOTHING to see here, move along.
The math is simple. If you refuse to take the “vaccine,” you have a 99%+ chance of surviving COVID and a 100% chance of avoiding any vaccine complications and side effects.
************
I felt the same way, which is why I didn’t get any shots.
Also, as the pro shot propaganda campaign became obnoxious, I became even more stubborn about not getting them.
It’s amazing and I agree with your take. There’s no way to prove what’s going on but people are starting to catch on. Too many have personal stories or friends/relatives having small to big problems. Put that together with the news reports of heart attack after heart attack (especially in the young) and it’s getting impossible to ignore.
And this was all predicted by that former Pfizer VP and other doctors.
Trump has claimed he is anti-mandate. But by being so strongly pro-vax, overall, he’s fed into mandates taking place. They’ve used his support as a powerful reason that vaxxes are safe enough to mandate.
An simple analogy could be someone at a company who believes background checks of potential employees can be good. And they give lots of reasons why they are good, and should be used in certain circumstances, they just don’t think they should be used in all circumstances.
But then someone else comes along and says, hey, you’re right, background checks are good, and we’re going to start requiring them of all prospective new employees, not just some. The person who advocated in background checks for some actually played a role in them being mandated for all.
So he question becomes, is the person who originally advocated for limited background checks, so concerned about them being used in all cases, instead of just some, now going to actually oppose background checks for anyone?
No probably not, because they believe in background checks being good, overall. Just like Trump isn’t actually going to come out against vaccines now, to try to stop them for being mandated on us.
Therefore, his support of the vaccine is greater than his concern we were mandated with it.
I got flu and pneumonia due to wife’s badgering. Doctor recommended Covid shot and I said, “I’m skipping that.” She just nodded. Wife got the first two vaxx shots because she wanted to fly and then stopped. I think she’s done after watching sis-in-law die.
Don’t accept that 10 year tetanus booster, either.
Get your tetanus immunity tested, instead.
I got a mild skin reaction from my last combo tetanus 10+ year shot, and only then checked on the actual need for it.
Adults have enough immunity for a few decades built up, according to a study I read that did actual blood tests on people.
I thought this guy was smart?
“requirement to visit a Tesla location in Berlin, Germany”
Your life is a big deal, dummy. A bigger deal than your Germany market.
I would have closed the factory and moved it to a less idiotic country.
and they want to convert all vaccines to the mRNA type because they’re fast and cheap to make. $$$ Lives be damned.
If these people say it's “rare” it most likely isn't.

“Dr Kerryn Phelps reveals ‘devastating’ Covid vaccine injury, says doctors have been ‘censored’
Dr Kerryn Phelps has broken her silence about a “devastating” Covid vaccine injury, slamming regulators for “censoring” public discussion with “threats” to doctors.”
“...Within this group of vaccine injured individuals, there is a diminishing cohort of people who have symptoms following immunisation, many of which are similar to Long Covid (such as fatigue and brain fog), but who have not had a Covid infection. These people would be an important subset or control group for studies looking into the pathophysiology, causes of and treatments for Long Covid. It is possible that there is at least some shared pathophysiology between vaccine injury and Long Covid, possibly due to the effects of spike protein...”

“Autoimmunity may explain long COVID and rare vaccine side effects”
TOPOL: There isn’t any question of that. Unfortunately, today, too many people who have bona fide long COVID, who are suffering - they’ll go to a doctor, and the doctor will just dismiss it
And folks wonder why the medical community is no longer trusted.
Many Dr. have a God complex. So “they” know everything so why should they possibly listen to a patient?
I’ve suffered no adverse effects. In fact, with all the 36 Rx meds and OTC vitamins I take, and with 7 co-morbidities, I haven’t even had a cold since 2017; Fair disclosure...

Why would he?
If he comes around on the Climate Change / CO2 scam I will be truly impressed. But too much invested in it, I suppose.
“”...how foolish the otherwise smart people are.”
Just because somebody is “smart” doesn’t mean they are intelligent. They are two entirely different things. Smartness can be learned through studying or experience, while intelligence is an innate quality.
Most of today’s college students are “smart” in that they learn and accept liberal ideology and wokeness, but lack the intelligence to understand they are being indoctrinated and are incapable of thinking for themselves.
Waste of time if he doesn’t identify which mRNA booster he got.
All these anecdotes are USELESS without knowing what they took. Everyone I knew with serious reactions took Johnson and Johnson. They were violently ill. I had Moderna and one booster and by the time I took the booster I didn’t really have a reaction. My very first dose I felt warm and had a metallic taste and it resolved in a few hours.
