The long and winding document trail that leads classified documents from Joe Biden's vice presidential office to the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington, D.C. and now back into the hands of the government, includes yet another stopover: a temporary facility in the nation's capital, a source tells DailyMail.com.
The documents were moved in the summer of 2017 after spending about six months at a government transition office near the White House once Biden left the vice presidency.
The space, in DC's Chinatown neighborhood, was overseen by the Penn Biden Center...

The files are intact because of the vital business information needed by the Biden Family Cartel. Given the timing, the cartel files include some contact with the Obama corruption as well.
Given the tendency for paperless business one can only wonder why the paper files are so important and exist at all.
The files are purely business and not for instance reports on Israeli jet engine manufacture

I take it as a given that each and every one of the subject classified paper documents in fact exists in redundant digital presence somewhere.
I think that is false when it comes to a great many documents in the Top Secret/Eyes Only/SAP/SCI categories. Many such documents may never have existed digitally.

OTOH many top secret documents may have been translated into 1’s and 0’s for purposes of transmission only, such as via SatCom in which case they would have been encrypted and the digital version never archived or saved in any way (only existed as a signal).
A likely PRC communist spy (my opinion) is recommended by the President’s own son, gets hired in the federal government, gets the assignment to box up records during the administration transition, and delivers those records to CHINATOWN in Wash DC. Then somehow they get transferred to the new CHINESE-funded Biden Center at Penn.
Now there is the extremely stupid and preposterous cover story circulating that the documents included phone numbers of top government officials and celebrities and the loss of those phone numbers is a serious security risk.
