Hey there, radu!

Yep, our troops do fireworks best! LOL!

My knee is better tonight than it was for the first hour after having that dang shot. He said if it doesn’t do the trick, I could come back and he’d give me a gel injection. It seems my knee is bone on bone behind the kneecap. I don’t know if I’ll have the courage to do THAT! LOL!

Glad your knee’s feeling better. I hope the meds do the trick. Bone on bone - - no wonder it hurts.

Bone on bone is not good and quite painful.. That is what eventually led me to stem cell injections.

I’ve had 2 kinds of gel injections that last less than a year, but helped. But I needed a longer solution, that was NOT knee replacements. Now I’ve had 2 stem cell injections and they have created a space between bones. And I had no pain with the “shots”.

See if he can recommend a brace that will ease the pain where you have it. There are all sorts of of them out there. You just need to find someone to help you find the right one. Maybe a sports doc?
