The Department of Justice (DOJ) considered having FBI agents monitor President Joe Biden’s lawyers as they rifled through classified documents before ultimately rejecting the idea, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported Tuesday.
Biden’s lawyers found classified materials at the Penn Biden Center think tank in Washington, D.C., just before the midterm elections. The president’s legal team then conducted a search of Biden’s properties for other such materials. The president’s lawyers and the DOJ discussed the possibility of having FBI agents monitor the search but later decided against it, according to the WSJ....

this was the NA coming out with this statement on 11 October. Which begs the question, who knew what when? And why isn't the NA librarian on the unemployment line already?
Where as the FBI decided PDJT’S lawyers could not be present while they rifled through his records and closets.
It’s futile to expect impartial treatment from this DOJ.
Do Biden’s lawyers have Top Secret security clearance to read such documents or should they also be arrested?
So what was the recently retired top government attorney doing at the Biden garage...that’s Dana Remus.
“The president’s lawyers and the DOJ discussed the possibility of having FBI agents monitor the search but later decided against it, “
That’s outrageous. Garland appoints a special counsel to investigate whether Biden mishandled classified material, when he himself allowed it to be mishandled by Biden’s legal team who did not have security clearance. Garland needs to be relieved of his position.
naturally ... that’s how fascism works: one set of “laws” for the fascists, another set for their enemies ...
Good for thee not for me
They went through to destroy selected records that were incriminating.
The FBI and DOJ couldn’t be there for that.
I can’t think of another rational explanation. I am open to other ideas.
Don’t you have to have clearance to handle top secret documents. Trumps team was cooperating and they even came and looked first and then decided to raid his wife’s underwear drawers. Just another poke in the eye.
Of coarse, don’t want them looking though jills underwear drawer or bidens for that matter
fair and balanced
These people are busy defending democracy. To question the classified document procedures and ethics equates to being a lying dog-faced pony soldier. Orange Man bad. Extreme Mega MAGA.
Biden’s lawyers deep sixed the damaging ones.
This is freaking ridicoulous
More corruption, just great.
What then is required to restore impartial justice from the Department of JUSTICE?
"It's beginning to look a lot like China, every where we go!!!!!!"
Trump OFFERS TO LET THEM COME REVIEW THE DOCUMENTS, and they instead raid his home.
Now, what is NEW information this week is that it became known Biden had these documents before the election and before they raided Trump's house...
So.... Did they raid Trump's house first to make Biden look less bad?
The weaponized DOJ is more dangerous to the Republic ahan all the AR 15’s combined
My first thoughts too, does anyone accessing these documents have the clearance to read the documents and the need to know?
Having been around such things way back in the Army days, I’m aware of some things that should just never be read by anyone, that should be buried in the deepest vaults the intel people have. Some of this is classified for a reason, to keep stupid eyes off of it.
On the other hand I read a top secret document while in Vietnam that said an Australian general would be visiting Nha Trang. There is just no way this ever should have been classified TS. Which tends to back up recent statements that much is over classified.
Do Biden’s lawyers have Top Secret security clearance to read such documents or should they also be arrested?

No and yes. But because they are Democrats, they don’t need clearances and will receive fiscal commendations, not arrests.
