Emails from the “Laptop from Hell” in 2010 show Hunter Biden paid for home repairs on President Joe Biden’s Delaware residence, where stashed classified documents were unearthed by the president’s attorneys on Wednesday.
Hunter paid thousands of dollars for Joe Biden’s home maintenance, including a $190 per month AT&T phone bill, according to emails between Hunter and Eric Schwerin, his business partner at Rosemont Seneca.

Who actually owns the house? If it’s Joe Biden, then was the 50,000 month rent payments really the kickback (10% for the big guy) payments? Did Biden declare the rent payments & restoration costs, as income on his tax returns?

Did Mister Biden have it professionally maintained? Detailed?
Did any car maintenance or car appearance people gain entry to the "locked" garage to service the automobile? And, if so, were they escorted or given the key?
I’m sure the repairmen, any gardeners, and domestic help had cause to enter the garage at some point. Any of them could have easily rummaged through the classified documents.
Re #5, are any of these gardeners KGB? Who vetted them?
Did Hunter use the classified documents? He had access to them.

Those repairmen can't speak English much less read it.

That’s going to cause some problems.If JOE only reported 19k a month for rent to the IRS and he got 50k, I think he’s got some problems. If Hunter lied and overstated his rent payments to show a financial institution he had sufficient income, he’s got problems. Either way, once again, the whole clan can’t be trusted.
