I support a woman’s right to choose whether or not to cook on a gas stove.
Too bad allegedly “pro-choice” Democrats disagree.
Preventing women (and men) from using natural gas has become all the rage among today’s totalitarian Democrats. Consumer Product Safety Commissioner Richard Trumka, Jr. just proposed to ban gas stoves. New York Democratic Gov. Kathy “The Hack” Hochul wants to prohibit gas stoves, heaters and hookups to small buildings by 2025, with larger structures to follow. Leftist autocrats are killing pipelines and otherwise restricting gas in some 77 cities across America.
President Joe Biden lept from this speeding bandwagon on Wednesday — for now.
Such unlimited government is unnecessary, boneheaded and none of these Democrats’ bloody business.
Moreover, this is dangerous.
Mandated electric stoves and heaters are merely tyrannical — until the power dies. Then stomachs growl while people shiver or schvitz inside blackened homes.
Natural gas is a second energy source during outages.
I learned this lesson during October 2012’s Hurricane Sandy.

I don’t pay attention to this crap. There is nothing in the Constitution concerning cooking methods. I will not comply with any of this garbage.
I like to see the liberal reasoning ability exposed for the flaws in their thinking.
With this issue, we are told that these gas stoves aggravate asthma and other respiratory conditions.
Ok, then, in such a situation, the liberal view is that we should ban gas stoves for everyone. The conservative view which I think most here agree with, is that the solution is that those prone to those conditions can get an electric stove, and leave the rest of us alone. The conservative view is not to summarily forbid us from having a gas stove.
The answer is to ban taxpayer funds from being used to acquire natural gas

It’s not just flaws in their thinking. They go to research, & pick only those that support their theory, & pretend like the rest don’t exist. It’s deliberate lying now. We can’t pretend that they don’t know what they’re doing.
Gas stoves are the most reliable, when have you changed your stove, maybe because it looks beat up, the wife don’t like the color, it doesn’t match the new kitchen, never a full break down, so if they decide not to manufacture them anymore so what

Sure. Ban gas stove and gas powered vehicles. Then the elites proclaim “There is not electrical power to keep their 8,000 sq ft mansions cool or heated so just turn everything off and sit patiently waiting for the government to come around with your monthly bug based food rations.
The time to have an uproar about this is long before they implement the regulations. Otherwise, they will make the restrictions and dare Americans to do a damn thing about it from their pitch-black and cold residences.
There aren’t enough windmills and solar panels to deliver electricity just to NYC alone.
