New York City health officials are warning residents that the infectious omicron subvariant XBB.1.5 may be more likely to infect people who have already been vaccinated or infected with COVID-19.
“Omicron subvariant XBB.1.5 now accounts for 73% of all sequenced COVID-19 cases in NYC,” the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene tweeted on Friday. ” XBB.1.5 is the most transmissible form of COVID-19 that we know of to date and may be more likely to infect people who have been vaccinated or already had COVID-19.”
The department added that getting vaccinated against the virus, including receiving an updated booster shot, remains the best way to protect against hospitalization and death, including from new variants.

Only the people it was created to kill were those of any foreign country that would invade America. The Feds were created to protect the people of America.
But the government is like a wolf on a chain guarding the hen house. The chain is to keep the wolf from turning on the hens in the hen house. In this case, the chain is the Constitution limiting the power of the feds. The feds have broken their chain. We’re the hens. We’re in trouble.

My sister and her husband, both unvaccinated, and extremely anti-covid-vax, both have tested positive for covid this weekend. They said for them this version is very mild. Hope that’s the case for everyone else that catches it.

I had a nasty sinus infection this week. May or may not have been COVID because I didn’t bother to get tested. Lasted 5-6 days but I’m going to be fine. I am unvacksinated.

I know a lot of fully vaccinated people who have had COVID in the last month.
I don’t know of any purebloods that have had Covid in the last 6 months.
I think Corona Covid 19 is simply reverting back to original form, a nasty head and chest cold virus most will get over and that they’ll never be able to make a good vaccine for since it always changes.
