Doing a quick property search, the findings are that the property is a rental, family home, or more likely a “Stash house”, owned by someone who claims his address as a run down POC house in Albany - I don’t believe that.
The area is up there in NY is popular for foreigners to buy “stash houses” and cram as many illegals or trafficked people into them as possible. When we sold out home in a nearby town we were offered such a deal - not in those details but it was obvious, the realtor said the offer came from a business man who was looking to buy his 8th house, as he was moving lots of “family members” into them. And $30 grand over asking. HA!
I said put it in writing, which was refused, so I told the realtor in no uncertain terms what to tell the POS buyer. But anyway ....
“Who lives here” indicates all Chinese, and lots of them. Probably just slaves brought over to work at the restaurants and nail salons, yeah?
