Flights across the United States were grounded Wednesday morning after the Federal Aviation Administration said it experienced a computer outage.

All flights in the U.S. were grounded following the incident, a source with knowledge of the situation told NBC News. The FAA said later Wednesday morning it had ordered all airlines to pause domestic departures until 9 a.m. ET....

Ugh. Hate when that happens. I went to Florence, IT for a wedding and didn’t have my luggage for a few days. I had a friend who worked in international reservations for the same airline. She located it in Paris just hanging there with other lost luggage. Thank God I got it in time for the wedding. (My dress was in it). It was pretty stressful.

I don’t know what my son and his wife will do if they don’t find the luggage. Buy what they need and come home smarter, I guess. If it doesn’t fit in my one small suitcase, or my backpack, it isn’t going. I even went to Pakistan for three weeks with just that much luggage — backpack and small bag.
