Correct me if I am wrong; A sitting president can declassify anything! I don’t think Vice President Biden had the same power? If true he actually broke the law.
Another difference is that there were either no whistleblower to tell the media that classified documents were taken while Obama was President or if the media was informed, the media kept silent about this.

They’re right. Biden had no authority to declassify the documents, and he held them in a Chnese owned space for 6 years, at least.

He is right. Trump was President and declassified the documents. Biden was VP and was not legally qualified to declassify, so he is GUILTY!
There IS a false equivalency:
1) Biden was only VP when he took classified documents and, being ONLY the VP, he could not declassify them as Trump did. Thus, Trump committed no crime as the documents he took were NOT (by definition) classified, whereas Biden DID take classified documents.
2) Trump had discussions with the FBI about the documents that he took, sought their advice regarding securing them, and followed the advice given (to add another lock to the door); Biden, OTOH, didn’t let the FBI know, and thus couldn’t have secured the documents according to FBI advice.
Nope, no equivalency here - BECAUSE WHAT BIDEN DID IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE LAW, AND TRUMP DID NO SUCH THING!!!!
Of course, now it's the exact opposite. When that raid occurred at Mar a Lago, Trump could no longer declassify anything and thus far no proof has shown up publicly that his declassification decisions were ever documented, which was a profoundly stupid mistake. Biden on the other hand can now declassify anything he wants, retroactively reclassify whatever it was that Trump had deemed declassified, and since he's in charge of the executive branch (organizationally anyway), no investigation will ever go anywhere.
Well, if Joe says so…….
