A bill for your share of the $1M per black person reparations. How’s that for gratitude?
Members of this “task force” should be decorating lamp posts all over the People’s Republic of Californicated.
What about mulattos? Half black and half white?
Does their white half write out a check to their black half?
Everyone else is owed $5 million for putting up with this bull$hit.
Even if California enacts all of this it won’t help the black population. There is too much cultural toxicity from 60 years of Lyndon Johnsons Great Society for the black community to thrive. With abortion, drugs, social self-destruction, crime and general cultural malaise, the black community is slowly destroying itself. Newer and more socially palatable minority groups will relegate the blacks to permanent and despised minority status.
And all of a sudden Cali sparks a new in-migration gold rush.

Knock yourselves out, California. No cure for stupid except experience, and even that doesn’t work sometimes. How about paying some reparations to the Joads, who came to California full of hope.
Unfortunately California remains the testbed state for social policy. The reparations program is going to grow from one state to another building a foundation for a growing demand at the national level by woke democrats. As the noise level is increased by various black groups nationally more and more congressional dems will join the movement. Reparations is going to become the new affirmative action and it has enormous potential to become a general ‘punish Whitey’ movement going far beyond just monetary and job payoffs. Reparations is the opening wedge of real de jure persecution of Whitey to break his group integrity and social beliefs as well as straight up ethnic murder and disposition.
Proof that CA politicians are truly insane and part of the Cabal Deep State intent on destroying the USA, destroying the US Constitution, and theft our freedom. There should be no reparations paid until slavery, of any kind, is eliminated world wide.
Currently, slavery exists in tribal Africa where tribes kill and control their tribal opponents/ enemies for land expansion.(See Uganda, Nigeria, Arabia, etc.,etc.)
If you don't wait until slavery is eliminated world wide, you will have an infinitesimal conveyor belt of new victims, and reparations for the "gives me dats".
Historically, many groups have been economically exploited and relocated: blacks, Chinese, Irish, Italians, and most recently, Latinos .
The source of slavery needs to be ended before any reparations can even be considered, and should start with the United Nations .

Wasn’t Northern America the ones who fought for blacks freedoms? Why should America be the ones to pay any damn thing. They already paid with their lives!
Reparations should be made to the ones killed (white or black) trying to free slaves.
California entered into the Union in 1850 as a “free state”.
