Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC), one of 20 House Republicans who voted against Rep. Kevin McCarthy for Speaker expects a written offer between McCarthy and his opponents to be completed Thursday night, Punchbowl News reported.

Punchbowl News’s Jake Sherman reported that a deal between McCarthy and his opponents “is close.” Reps. Chip Roy (R-TX) and Patrick McHenry (R-NC) have reportedly been leading negotiations with McCarthy.

“All the big players” met in Rep. Tom Emmer’s (R-MN) office, and according to Sherman, Norman “expects an offer in writing tonight.”

“Norman says there’s an agreement in writing as he heads into Emmer’s office,” Punchbowl News’s John Bresnahan reported. “He’s been asked to look at it.”

McCarthy is a member of the WEF. Why do we need the WEF running the House?

It’s about looking at a written deal not a finalized deal.

Watch out for deceitful media reporting on all channels.

Why not just vote for Klaus Schwab and make it official.

Norman “expects an offer in writing tonight.”

“Norman says there’s an agreement in writing”

This article has completely failed in keeping its facts straight.

And WHEN McCarthy reneges on everything on that document, what happens? NOTHING.

The Freedom Caucus makes a motion to vacate the chair, get some Democrats to vote with them, and thereby remove McCarthy from the Speakership.

Always a colalition of the willing to remove the despot. Who takes over is solely who can get a majority of the members in town and not able to make the rolecall to elect another speaker. Yes it is supposed to be a very responsive to the will of the house position.

In 2021, out of 206 House Republicans... 145 of them voted for Liz Cheney to keep her #3 leadership position, even AFTER she had voted to impeach President Trump. 61 members voted against her.

THESE ARE (mostly) YOUR 2022 REPUBLICAN MAJORITY SWAMP CREATURES, that are backing McCarthy today.

House Republicans vote to keep Liz Cheney among leadership in rebuke to Trump loyalists

https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/house-republicans-vote-liz-cheney-leadership/story?id=75674540

EXCERPT:

House Republicans voted on Wednesday to keep Rep. Liz Cheney in GOP leadership despite her vote to impeach former President Donald Trump last month, with a strong majority of the conference rejecting the challenge from Trump allies to punish the Wyoming Republican.

The conference voted 145-61 in a secret ballot, after members spent hours venting frustrations about Cheney's vote, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's past support for conspiracy theories and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy's leadership of the conference following Trump's defeat.
