Scott Perry barely made the vote as he was doing a Fox intvw. Several conservative members came out trying to get him to vote in time. He ran into the chamber and voted for Donalds.

A scene: McCarthy critics pleading with Rep. Perry to go vote, that he’s missing his vote on the floor. “You’ve got to vote!” they whisper. Perry hears them but stays on Fox News. One member even asked FNC camera guy to do something. Perry then finished hit and ran back to floor.
