Gaetz Rocks! Saw him at the 2018 Snipes protest.
He showed up with pallets of copy paper representing the “found votes”.

Ok...
I think its insane he’s moved in not yet winning the office. He may very well win.
But cmon, as of yet, he is not the Speaker. Not his office or anyone else’s right now.
This is wrong. Its not a mere technicality.
We’d be p1ssed to the moon if a democrat did this and hadn’t been formally elected Speaker.
And he’s showing why he shouldn’t be Speaker.

He should never have done this. I hate arrogance like this until all the votes are in. It’s becoming all too often in American politics. Roger Stone (on tape) expressed it the best . UJust say you won.

questioning why House Speaker candidate Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) was already inhabiting the Speaker’s office
In the House and Senate, tenure, promotion, and position are often more important than representing constituents. It's been that way for decades. This is one good argument for term limits.

You know something? McCarthy is too anxious to get the Speakership. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at first but this just shows he wants this job too much. What has he promised to the swamp?

Or, he is getting on with the job in anticipation of a favorable election outcome.
Perhaps that is premature but if he loses, it won’t really matter.

McCarthy is an arrogant a-hole, assistant Democrat. He’s a squatter and it is revealing. Exactly what has McCarthy done in his life? What has he earned? What has he built? He’s a talentless fvck. He has never had a job in the private sector. That in itself is telling. He has zero experience in the real world and cannot relate to those that make America run. He has to take what he doesn’t earn, hence squatting in an office that he did not win. He exists solely on the back of hard working American taxpayers. He’s a miserable POS and the model of EVERYTHING wrong with America.
I will make this completely clear. Anyone that makes a career out of government is the enemy to America. They lack the principles, values, courage and ability to build in the private sector. They exist solely on the work of others. And they don’t even say ‘thank you’.
I’m about done with Republicans. When Republicans politicians fight each other instead of fighting Democrats and doing what their constituents want, then you know they are in politics purely for themselves. Everything the 20 holdouts want is completely reasonable. McCarthy is fighting tooth and nail to essentially disenfranchise Republican voters. McCarthy want the status quo in which a few make all the decisions in writing shitty legislation and the many have several hours to not read the legislation and then vote for it. The vast majority of Republican congressmen seem fine with this and support McCarthy. That’s where I have a problem. It’s the vast majority of Republicans that I have issues. In short, the GOP has left me, and it’s not recent. There has been zero movement in the right direction for decades.
