I don't know much about rules of engagement but shouldn't these bodies at least be buried or covered in soil rather than stacked like firewood, which sounds pretty gruesome?
How about UN General Assembly, Res. 3220 (XXIX) and/or 27th International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, Res. I
I am uncomfortable with the USA being at war with Russia, using the Ukraine nazi mercenary force to do puppetbidens dirty work, and for all the wrong reasons. Now I know what it must have felt for an average sane person ( not a Nazi) living in Germany in 1931 at the start of WW2
...without specifically saying whether Ukraine would be behind them.
If not Ukraine then who?
I don’t like the idea of strikes in Russia. I will say that
Russia hasn’t been bashful of hitting as deep in the Ukraine
as it wants.
This whole thing is a series of absurdities.
I see light at the end of the tunnel.
Victory is just around the corner.
Ukraine should have received those Bradley IFVs AND Abrams tanks ten months ago. Those Brads will have much better thermal sights than any Russian vehicles. The 25mm automatic cannon will eat all Russian APCs. The Bradley’s double TOW launcher will take care of enhanced tanks. I do not know if the Brads will be delivered with FBCB2s or a less advanced blue force tracking system but the Brads will be a factor on the battlefield.
Denys Davydov reports at 2:38 in the following YouTube link, that Ukraine fired drones into Russian territory, “hitting even St. Petersburg” on December 31, 2022 to early morning January 1, 2023.

That attack by Ukraine, is a serious error, and the U.S.A. should stop all weapons support of the Ukraine.
We will defend, support, arm and flood Ukraine with billions of dollars until the last Ukrainian is dead.
Place a 120 mm mortar about three miles east of the air base at Engels. In the gullies. Carefully aim about 15-20 rounds of white phosphorus up and down the runway apron. There are Tu-160s and Tu-95s there. You can do a huge amount of damage to the striking power of the Russian Air Force with a relatively small investment. Then get the crew out pronto.
Takes careful planning and a lot of recon to prepare, but it will pay off handsomely.
