I really don’t care about this whole drama, and I suspect the overwhelming majority of Americans don’t care, either.

Lauren Boebert is my favorite Congress Person bar none. And, Scott Perry is up and coming!

I’ve been speaking with some insider sources. Will have a full report tonight at 10:00 EST at my free Wild World of Politics webcast.

It is NOT what Epoch Times is saying.

My sentiments exactly:

“”The president needs to tell Kevin McCarthy that, ‘sir, you do not have the votes and it’s time to withdraw,’” Boebert said of Trump…””

I wish the GOP Senate had stood up to McConnell like this.

Just so everyone knows the mods are pulling threads that report the truth just because the representative used foul language. And words were even sanitized with *

“Rep. Crenshaw uses profanity, calls colleagues “clowns”

Obviously can’t print his words. See here:

RE: With both McCarthy allies and foes deeply dug in, it ensures that chaos will reign in the House for the foreseeable future under the new GOP majority.

Remember the reaction to the Newt majority with the government shutdown later? GOP was supposed to give in but didn’t——at first.

Two known today as: “the 21-day shutdown of 1995–1996 during the Bill Clinton administration over opposition to major spending cuts; and the 16-day shutdown in 2013 during the Obama administration caused by a dispute over implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).”

During these money still flowed to all entitlements, Congress got back pay for each day delayed and the public could not enter national parks (oh, the humanity) until it was over. Dems learned to hold on strongly and not budge, followed by meek GOP giving in and looking bad as the things their voters wanted were flushed down the drain.

“Well, it’s Groundhog Day,” said Rep. Kat Cammack, R-Fla., in nominating McCarthy on the sixth ballot.

Without Andie MacDowell it doesn’t seem the same. Guess Pelosi will have to do.

band of 20 ultraconservative rebels

There isn’t a single thing that is being asked for which is ultra conservative. Not so long ago, Democrats wanted the same thing. Perhaps most of the GOP is so far left than once moderate things are now considered ‘ultra’.

Not being able to rustle up the votes means he’s not a good leader.

I don’t know if he couldn’t win because he is too arrogant or because he isn’t enough of a crook or a thug, but if he wants to be in charge and he can’t manage to swing the votes, what good is he?

I know that the constitution requires a speaker of the house. However, I’m starting to be proud of these rebels.

This has the makings of a jump-rope chant.

Sounds like McCarthy and the Rinos need to stop the chaos they created with the nomination of an unelectable speaker and cooperate and pick a compromise candidate.
