Wasn't his name removed from a list of people the FBI had named as conspirators, or at least parties of interest? Was anyone else scrubbed from that same list, or was Epps the only one? If so, then you'd think that the FBI would have been smart enough to simply arrest the guy to make it look like he hadn't been a part of their scam. As it is, by removing his name from the list without explanation, they actually fingered him as one of their assets.

He’s the only person on tape cheering for the crowd to rush the capital. And over two days, not just at the moment of activity. If he’s not a fed he should have been the first to be arrested. Therefore there is only one possible outcome.

If you look back at the recorded testimony, Epps was notably NOT sworn in prior to testifying, meaning he could lie at will with no fear of reprisal. Coincidence?

If he lied under oath, as squeamish as 90% of Republicans are, he could possibly face a consequence. He seemed pretty unconcerned about stating his "facts", so the only conclusion is that he was lying and not sworn in.

Well if he wasn’t a fed- then why aren’t they charging him with inciting a riot? What he did was far worse than what many of the peaceful protestors who were charged and thrown in prison had done- yet the fbi and the bogus jan 6 panel seem to not care about him at all- why is that? The left have gone to insane lengths to try to convict Trump on charges of incitement- why no charge for epps who actually did incite others?
