Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is hitting out at the "anarchy and chaos" at the southern border under the Biden administration, just as the Supreme Court blocked the rolling back of Title 42 expulsions in response to a last-ditch lawsuit by Republican states.
"I think that as a first generation American, no one understands this issue better than I do," Brnovich told Fox News Digital in a phone interview. "I understand why people want to come to this country. But I also understand the importance of the rule of law. And you can have immigration, but it has to be done in the right way, a lawful way."
"What is happening right now is anarchy and chaos. And it is undermining the very reasons why people want to come to this country in the first place," he said....

That he was not a blind supporter of Lake makes the headline even more effective resonating to the mainstream. Were he a far-right wingnut his statement would be taken as such and have no effect on shaping opinion at all.
A problem he and Ducey helped create and perpetuate with the election of Hobbs.
Arizona is going to pay a very heavy price for that.
Just the other day, wasn’t it folks at a hospital in Yuma that said they can’t afford taking care of illegals much longer?

Instead of 70,000 new IRS agents, how about 70,000 Border Patrol agents to round up the 97% of border crosses who lost their asylum cases and need to be deported? Currently, Biden and Majorkis are ignoring the verdict of the courts.

Correct. And therefore, the bozos shouldn’t have gotten upset because Americans are trying to stop the invasion of foreign freeloaders who are violating American law to sneak into our country. They should have stayed out of it and get their mouths shut to begin with.
It’s amazing that the crime wave at the Southern border apparently isn’t enough that people and pols would stop it, amazing what we put up with in this country.
Title 42 is a public health law that mentions immigrants.
The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 (Gorsuch voting with the Hard Left) to postpone the termination of Title 42, specifically as it regards illegal immigrants, until the Supremes can rule on it.
Gorsuch voted NO because the President already has the lawful authority to remove ALL illegal immigrants from the USA, any time he wants to, through Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
To my knowledge, not one elected Republican - including Trump - has publicly mentioned this explicit Presidential authority.
Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA):
"Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."
You’re just excusing his absence on blatant election fraud under his watch.
