Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) ripped into Rep.-elect George Santos (R-N.Y.) over his embellishments and fabrications about his background, asking him point-blank, “Do you have no shame?”
“If I were one of those in New York’s 3rd District right now, now that the election is over, and I’m finding out all of these lies that you’ve told, not just one little lie or one little embellishment — these are blatant lies — my question is, do you have no shame?” Gabbard asked while filling in for Fox News host Tucker Carlson in an interview with Santos on Tuesday evening. “Do you have no shame? And the people who are now, you’re asking to trust you to go and be their voice for them, their families and their kids in Washington?”
“Tulsi, I can say the same thing about the Democrats,” Santos responded. “Look at Joe Biden. Joe Biden has been lying to the American people for 40 years. He’s the president of the United States. Democrats resoundingly support him. Do they have no shame?”
Gabbard interjected, saying that her question was not about the Democrats.
Santos has emerged from days of silence following reports from The New York Times and other outlets this month that revealed misrepresentations, fabrications and lies about his personal background.

I’m not impressed with Tulsi Gabbard.
“And why did he feel the need to tell lies about his religious faith, his employment history or his education that could be so easily disproven?”
Maybe because it works now?
I don’t see why people on our side are upset, every day people here tell me we need to start doing what the Democrats do to start winning elections.
You two don’t like him? Hmmm. I’ll have to give this guy a look.
“Our side needs to adhere to higher standards than the demonRATs. We need better leaders than the George Santoses, Duke Cunninghams and Mark Sanfords who embarrass us and give us a bad name.”
One could point out that we have been trying this strategy for... uh... since the beginning.
Yet here we are... on the precipice of full on communism.
That would be epic.
Democrats don't worry about lying to get elected, because they know they can steal elections with impunity.

There’s a large group pathology where people refuse to speak obvious truths about Joe Biden.
I’m not joining.
This guy would have to do quite a lot more and have tons more assets for him to end his paragraphs with - “My word as a Biden.”
I remember Tulsi Gabbard being reluctant to criticize Biden.
And...they have the nerve to look down at Prostitutes as dirty.
Hookers are honorable compared to a politician.
I don’t think the GOP should have people like this in the party. That is democRat territory.
The thing is, this guy didn’t punk democrats, he punked Republicans - and Jewish and latino republicans at that. And when confronted, instead of being truthful and/or contrite, he deflects over and over. So the bottom line is, how can Republicans now trust him to uphold Republican values and why does he deserve a congressman’s salary?

She had just had a long segment on Biden’s millions flooding illegally into our nation and there’s not a doggone thing we can do about it!

There are 535 slimy members running around.
Joe Biden is #1.
Yet Bidens fake resume, grades, jobs, bills, imaginary civil rights protests, imaginary arrests, imaginary tragedies, imaginary awards, non football teams, his Forrest Gump penchant for making himself the center of every historical event during his lifetime, him lying about his kids, and claiming to be raised black when he grew up with a butler - is all good 24/7 in every news room in the country.

I dont care. I really dont. I live in an oligarchy where one party gets away with everything on their quest for one party rule. So he gets to stay.
They said nothing an surely they did not request he resign.
They can’t kick him out, he was elected. They can try to convince him to resign, but I doubt he will, and why would he? Democrats have done exactly what he has done and they just keep getting elected. I’m sure he doesn’t see the downside. The difference, at least I would surmise, is that he won’t get re-elected, because the Republican voter base cares about honesty more than liberals. Of course a lot of people are going to say “Gee a politician who is a liar, who would have guessed”.
