Former President Donald Trump has repeatedly criticized Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for helping Democrats pass a $1.7 trillion government funding package, accusing the Kentucky Republican of caving to a “horrendous” deal because Democrats have dirt on him.
In a series of posts on his social media site Truth Social on Monday and Tuesday, Mr. Trump laid into the massive bipartisan spending bill that funds the government through September, even though House Republicans had demanded that Congress hold off on a budget until January when they take the majority.
“The Marxist Democrats must have something really big on Mitch McConnell in order to get him and some of his friendly ‘Republican’ Senators to pass the horrendous ‘All Democrat, All the Way’ OMINOUS Bill,” Mr. Trump posted.
He also repeated a racist line of attack against Elaine Chao, Mr. McConnell’s wife and former Trump Transportation secretary, saying the legislation is a “massive giveaway & capitulation to CHINA, making COCO CHOW so happy!”
Eighteen Republican senators, including Mr. McConnell, joined all Democrats to overcome a 60-vote filibuster threshold to pass the spending package and avert a government shutdown.

I’m begining to doubt there exists or will ever exist again, a fiscal conservative. Do we have ‘conservative values’ or small government to run on? lately I see neither. Cheating, lying et al are okay as long as we are “winning” or have enough R’s for a majority, even when they are clearly to the left of issues. What do we offer that Dems don’t? If we can’t distinguish ourselves then voters will vote for “free stuff” and it won’t require cheating.
But, but...trump is a stable genius and is clairvoyant...:) Just look at his trading cards...he is super man, a cowboy, and so on....and he walks on water on occasion...or so it has been said...:)

McConnell is a backstabber.
He did nothing to stop the steal.
He was aware of the Chavez-Dominion actions.
Either the dims have some dirt on the Turtle or made him a promise that he couldn’t turn down. If he was promised something, the dims will reneg on it tomorrow.

McConnell’s early history— thrown out of the US Army is the very start of the permanent hold the demonrats have had on him. To put it mildly— en flagrante in the Barracks in KY. Rescued by a repub senator who was ac/dc too!
The democrats told McConnell they will release how much he has been taking in bribes.
