I learned early not to believe the CCP about anything regarding Covid. This is, IMHO, theatrics for foreign consumption.
The strict lockdowns did not allow them to develop any sort of immunity. When they let up a little bit, they are now facing what we did for a short while, during which time most people’s immune systems started to catch up. Just a theory.

The reports are horrendous. There are video reports of people sitting or lying outside in the cold receiving IV’s on improvised hangers. There are some hospitals where patients are receiving IV’s outside in their cars. Drive in IV service.
The lines to the Fever Clinics are unbelievably long. Blocks and blocks long.
Medicine in the stores is all gone. People are hoarding both food and medicines for the next lock down.

The Chinese people were seriously protesting the governments zero covid policy. The government became quite concerned and removed most of the restrictions to appease them. My guess is that their government then released some more of this shit to teach those pesky disobediant peasants a lesson. Now they will beg their government for the return of the zero covid policys.
Well, studies show that smokers have 50% less chance to get COVID and something like 65% less severe cases if they do get it.
So maybe China should start handing out cigarettes?
Are people with small colds but testing positive for covid showing up?
On the contrary, China is dropping all quarantine rules effective 8 January , and going with “ herd immunity”

I call BS. This is some kind of scam, the same as it was in late 2019 / early 2020. None of this actually happened anywhere, and the media played along with it trying to tell us that it did happen and that we needed to be locked down and wear masks. Don’t let them play you again, give you a vaccine, or make you wear a mask. I didn’t and I won’t. Yeah, the virus thing is out there, but it’s not killing everyone. It seems the “vaccine” is more dangerous. We’ve all had the Wuhan virus, and it was nothing more than a cold for most people, and even those with “long COVID” who got it in 2020 or 2021 seem to be recovered by now from my anecdotal evidence.
