Following the Nov. 8 midterm elections, officials in Pima County, Ariz., struggled to determine how to handle provisional ballots cast by unregistered voters, discrepant provisional ballot totals, and ballots cast by voters with old addresses — even asking the secretary of state's office for guidance.
The confusion and uncertainty clouding county election officials' decision-making are revealed in newly released internal emails obtained through a public records request submitted by America First Legal Foundation.
A week after Election Day, Pima County Recorder Gabriella Cazares-Kelly wrote to Pima County Elections Director Constance Hargrove that the Recorder's Office found that 11 unregistered voters had cast provisional ballots but was unsure what to do about them because her office was "not normally in possession of the Provisional Ballots and my team is very opposed to opening them."
In reply, Hargrove sidestepped responsibility, writing to the recorder, "It is your call how you want to handle the provisional ballots."
There was also an issue with poll workers providing voters ballots with their previous rather than current addresses, potentially invalidating their votes.
"We're seeing that that Poll Workers issued ballots for a voter's previous address, instead of their new address, which puts them in the wrong precinct," Cazares-Kelly wrote in a Nov. 12 email to Hargrove. "This is not the voter's error, but it would make their vote ineligible.

Plan accordingly.
Get away from the big cities, and set up your own energy stockpiles - wood, coal, etc.
Do the Mormon food thing. BLOAT.
For many years now, dating back to GW Bush, the GOP has won elections with fewer national votes.
That’s okay. The Electoral College blah blah blah
But what dismissing this did was enabled the GOP to ignore the influx into AZ and NV of California types. Losing the popular vote over and over really did make loss of states near California inevitable.

That is Atlas Shrugged’s “Blanking Out”.
The Revolution is coming . . .
Are the judges told to keep their fingers crossed when they take their oath of office so that it doesn’t count?
“The Revolution is coming . . .”
Who’s going to fight? The vax is killing off our warriors.
Running on “voting security” was a winning issue for either party considering the huge support “voter ID laws” have but now it’s too late to fix it since you can always stuff ballot boxes.
We must count every vote (*legit or not*) is the liberal mantra.
Anyone want to bet the “D” votes were “fixed” and/or counted, but the “R” votes were excluded for being invalid?
This is the manner of voting nationwide. Move along it’s all legal according to our rulers
Actually, quite literally “nothing to see.”
The links don’t work.
Those links aren’t working, at least not for me.
Just like in 2020, we’ll be hearing these stories for two years until the next time it happens in 2024. Americans deserve this crap for not punishing the DEMs.
America First Legal is doing good work and has a lot of irons in the fire. Although new-comers, they are worth supporting.
Feral RAT “judges” are the greatest threat to the Republic.
We are all getting old. Relying on a bunch of millennials is not comforting.
In person Voting only, Photo ID and indelible and this FRAUD ends overnight. Throw in the Death Penalty for any Organized or Concerted effort to commit Vote or Election fraud, and everything will be fine.
Now that Arizona has a California zip code you know what to expect.
You could go to the original article. But I guess that’s too complicated. It’s more fun to whine and complain and blame.
