There was nothing wrong with our candidates. Compare them to the Democrats. If our candidates did poorly, it was because #1 our political elites did not campaign hard for our nominees. McConnell, for example, was bashing our nominees before the general election, and he wasn’t the only one. #2 the media serves the DNC. Moderate or conservative R doesn’t matter. If he or she has an R by their name, the media will twist everything said or done to present the nominee in the absolute worst possible light.
Candidate quality is an excuse thrown out there mostly by RINOs when they didn’t get the nominee they wanted. It’s sour grapes.
