On Saturday, Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake lost her post-midterm election lawsuit against Democrat Governor-elect Katie Hobbs, which alleged Arizona voters were disenfranchised after actions by Hobbs and Maricopa County election officials.
According to local news, in dismissing Lake's case Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson paved the way for Katie Hobbs to be Arizona's next governor, but gave "both sides until Monday for Lake's side to appeal or for Hobbs' side to seek sanctions." Lake tweeted, "My Election Case provided the world with evidence that proves our elections are run outside of the law. This Judge did not rule in our favor. However, for the sake of restoring faith and honesty in our elections, I will appeal his ruling."On Wednesday, Lake's team argued that ballots in the election, which was won by Hobbs with fewer than 18,000 voted, were not valid after a review granted by the court.
Speaking at the courthouse on Thursday, Lake said "They admitted that they've known about these ballot problems."
One of Lake's experts in her case was professional investigator Heather Honey who used statements from Maricopa County election officials to make the case that legal requirements over chain of custody were not followed.

IMO Kari scares the Left more than Trump does because she is very articulate and knows how to beat the media at their own game. Which she did with great ease.
So she neutralizes their massive advantage there.

Does anyone really think that this site is not monitored by the feds??? None of us is really anonymous. I guarantee you that the owner of this site will turn over any and all records and data to the feds if they show up at his door with a warrant...

I think there is more to it in AZ. The way the media treated Kari like a pariah has more to do with 2020 than her own election. They have turned the words ‘election denier’ into the equivalent of the tried and true ‘birther...’in the sense of it being a term of extreme derision. She promised to get to the bottom of what happened there in 2020 and that can’t be allowed. They pulled out all the stops and it appears they have won again.
With unfavorable rulings, typically the first thing people here want to know is who appointed the judge.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say she has no standing. If they hear the case I wouldn't count on Trump's judges to help her anymore than they helped him. We should all remember these Judges were approved by Mitch.

Our own Mohave County Republicans pay lip service to supporting Kari Lake, but then undermine her by working with RINOs like Matt Salmon and Karrin Robson.
