Something to enjoy while assembling your firearm...
The moron could have just checked his gun. But with that said, I am completely against laws requiring government to check and/or limit where you can carry a weapon.
Jars of peanut butter stashed in a traveler’s checked luggage at a New York City airport triggered an alarm
= = =
Nope.
It was the x-ray showing gun parts that triggered the alarm.
We can still carry food, for now.
In the future, food smuggling or possession will be banned.
Hmmmm! I wonder if it would cause a “jam”? Get it? 😁👍. “ Hey, you got bullets in my peanut butter!”. “Hey, you got peanut butter on my bullets!”. Done!
🎅🤶👍
I prefer a lighter lube than peanut oil (but you can’t beat the aroma of his choice).
The Peanut Butter Conspiracy Is Spreading!
"You got German Luegers in my peanut butter!"
"You got peanut butter in my German Luegers!"
Two great tastes that go great together!

Magnetic sensors would also have TRIGGERED.
Anybody remember this ad?... “Hey! You got chocolate in my peanut butter! You got peanut butter in my chocolate”
Kinda nutty if you ask me.
It doesn’t even make sense in checked baggage.
Unless you have coconspirators in the baggage crew. (Which IS possible, but only really likely in Moslem airports!)
As you are entitled to be. What is your view of the airline companies "checking" and limiting"?
Would you and your young family plan to do much air travel if no one was able to check and limit?
What if I had a sheet of lead, or some lead foil?
Might stop x-ray I would think.
Magnetic would still detect the ferrous?
And would a big black square trigger the AI curiosity for a manual search?
It is really hard to smuggle peanut butter these days. Good thing it is not Pizza.
This is checked luggage, no carry on. He has no access to the luggage compartment during flight.
Whenever I travel to the UK I always pack enough Jif and Miracle Whip to last me for my 2 or 3 weeks.
Coming back I pack all the Red Leicester and Double Gloucester cheese that I can.
Imagine the scanners check for atomic weights, which they do, imagine they aren’t x-rays, which they aren’t.
Peanut butter can kill.
It doesn’t even make sense in checked baggage.
= = =
I suspect if it is ‘declared’, it is tracked and treated specially.
If not, baggage crew bandits can get it, like they do jewelry, etc. And you won’t know till too late.
“The moron could have just checked his gun”
