I feel your pain, I had them take a nice folding knife off me in Amsterdam. I was looking at knives for the boys for Christmas and saw one that looked like mine and thought, "I should get that" then I saw the price was $200. About choked on my gingerbread. I knew I should have made them let me mail it back stateside.

I accidently boarded an airplane a few years ago with my pocket knife. I was so used to carrying it, that I forgot it was with me...
