Can I file a suit against the city of Buffalo for being full of retards? Asking for a friend.

Does their police department purchase from any of these folks, or do they make their own weapons? The companies should stop doing business with the city ASAP.

Cars driving by my house day and night is a worse “public nuisance” and littering our roads and highways with dead bodies is disgusting. I’ll get a lawyer to file my lawsuits to all of the car manufacturers.

Can someone file a temporary restraining order against the police department of Buffalo for possessing these "nuisance objects" within city limits? Stupidity goes both ways.

They (city council) seem to be more of a nuisance in my limited view. Don’t they have some snow to shovel or something. Maybe they need to file a suit because of all the snow. Sue the great lakes or something. Or CanaDUH for allowing cold air to move south.

Buffalo’s citizen profile is overwhelmingly POC, and therefore their politics are predictably CRT on steroids. The city has seen a steady decrease in population since the 70’s, and the crime rate is through the roof. And that’s not the fault of gun manufacturers.
Wherever POC occupy a position of hegemony in America, there is certain chaos.

How about arresting and jailing the specific persons in Buffalo who act out to cause the public nuisance? The manufacturers can’t really contribute to the nuisance if no one is arrested for causing a nuisance.

Buffalo is almost as shitty as Cleveland.

Occasionally, courts will award sanctions against “ATTORNEYS” and/or their clients when a court finds their lawsuit without merit or worse, it was filed for nuisance or harassment purposes.
Buffalo is running the risk of being sanctioned, along with their attorneys because it is well established law that gun manufacturers produce a “legal” product thus “liberal” lawsuits that are noting more than a fantasy of “The Left” are high risk to taxpayer funds (not suggesting that lefties give a damn about taxpayer funds).

Well then, the same could be said for all the women haveing fatherless kids who commit the crimes.. They Contribute to “Public Nuisance”.

WOW!
Buffalo won’t be hunting buffalos or deer or turkeys anymore!
Buffalo is NY Gov Hochul’s old stomping grounds. So this is how she’s fighting against guns.
Wonder who she’s paying off, and how much.

When I was a young skull full of mush I heard Buffalo referred to as the armpit of the US, mainly because of the Bills’ dismal W-L record. But suckness runs much deeper.

The vast majority of ads on Buffalo TV are for injury attornies, for every product and activity imaginable. Besides government, its got to be the largest industry in the area.
So that kind of thinking infects everyone, including politicians.
