The city of Buffalo, New York, has filed suit against Beretta, Glock, Remington, Smith & Wesson, and other gun and gun parts manufacturers seven months after an attacker with a Bushmaster AR-15 shot and killed ten innocents in a grocery store.
The city is also suing Bushmaster, as well gun parts makers Arm or Ally and Polymer80.
The suit was filed in the Erie County branch of New York’s Supreme Court, CNN reports.

When I was a young skull full of mush I heard Buffalo referred to as the armpit of the US, mainly because of the Bills’ dismal W-L record. But suckness runs much deeper.
Judge should find the city for these frivolous lawsuits.

Beretta, Glock, Remington, Smith & Wesson should refuse to sell firearms to the Buffalo police.
Exactly. Don’t sell to them or CA or NY or IL or MA, etc. And stop providing ‘fossil’ fuels to those states’ governments (and employees) that don’t like it, too. Ignorant virtue signaling should hurt.

Now this is the only way to do Dyngus Day. Now they've turned it into a non-gender specific thing were anyone can splash another regardless of gender.
The vast majority of ads on Buffalo TV are for injury attornies, for every product and activity imaginable. Besides government, its got to be the largest industry in the area.
So that kind of thinking infects everyone, including politicians.
I agree. Just stop doing business with hostile customers.
I also suggest that the strategy of the gun manufacturers should be is to bleed the city dry in court.
Show biz pure and simple.
Like car manufacturers contributing to global warming and climate change but only in liberal cities.
