....... I don't know if you have noticed ... But we are now living in a Post Constitutional America where the Constitution only applies to Conservatives. The Democrats and Anti Trump factions are showing us what can actually be accomplished if the true application of the Constitution is ignored and the Federal Enforcement Agencies are used to enforce their wishes.
.... Sadly ... that is where we currently stand in this country .... And if we have any hope of restoring the Constitution ....in order to save the country ... All of this will need to be overcome ....

It is moot about whether 2nd impeachment proceeding and any negative outcome for Trump was invalid because DJT was a private citizen by the time it rolled into the Senate. Only if 2/3s of the fossils (also known as senators) voted to remove DJT and subsequently DJT decided to run would the question have a chance to be argued before the Supreme Court. That potential scenario could have been a catalyst to get the demonkkraps to pack the court by expanding the number of justices to ensure a favorable ruling to bar Trump.
The 2nd impeachment should repeatedly (in perpetuity) be called an unconstitutional abuse of power used by the demonkkraps for their purely partisan political reasons because of their visceral hatred of Trump. They knew it was questionable under the Constitution and if it was not, it was going to fail to remove him on the vote count, and because they could not remove someone who was a private citizen. But they did it anyway. Else, history will be written by America’s enemies.

Yes, we have strayed so far from the meaning and operation of the Constitution (e.g. its enumeration, a limitation on federal power) that none of the living have any experience with its operation. Certain aspects have been maintained more or less, and the trend since FDR has been their erosion. Depending how Roberts, Kavanaugh and ACB are feeling on any particular date, the court has pulled back toward the Constitution on some issues.
With regards to the unrestrained, unaccountable, anti-Constitutional, and in some cases the criminal activities of certain administrative agencies - that has been a significant concern for informed citizens of this great nation for a long time. Justice Thomas has made comments in recent times that the (unrestrained) power of the administrative agencies should be revisited. Supreme Court decisions (e.g. Chevron) has paved the way for the all powerful administrative state. May such cases come before the Court while Thomas and Alito are still there.
Guess they forget about the present occupant of the WH with lots of help who has just about destroyed the U.S. Doesn’t that count as insurrection? It would seem to exclude many in the Democrat party from ever running for president.
