The Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) filed a lawsuit to bar two transgender athletes — Terry Miller and Andraya Yearwood — from competing in the 2020 spring outdoor track season on a girls team at a Connecticut school.
According to ADF:
Soule v. Connecticut Association of Schools, a lawsuit filed on behalf of four female athletes who were consistently deprived of honors and opportunities to compete at elite levels because the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference adopted a policy that allows males who identify as female to compete in girls’ athletic events.
Starting in 2017, two male athletes began competing in Connecticut girls’ high school track. In just three years, those two males broke 17 girls’ track meet records, deprived girls of more than 85 opportunities to advance to the next level of competition and took 15 women’s state track championship titles. Four of those championship titles were earned by ADF’s client, Chelsea Mitchell. Four times she was the fastest female in a women’s state championship race, and four times she watched that title, honor, and recognition go to a male athlete instead. Over the course of her high school career, Mitchell lost to these males more than 20 times.
The other female athletes represented in this case, Selina Soule, Alanna Smith, and Ashley Nicoletti, all likewise have been denied medals, placements, or advancement opportunities because of the male athletes competing on their team.

I don't see mention of Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference in Connecticut Section 1 Legislative Power.
The judge's decision seems to be another example of federal government not doing its express constitutional duty to guarantee each state a republican form of government.
"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shallguarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added] , and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

The answer is simple, women athletes should boycott any sport tournament that allows men to compete... when the gun sounds just stand there and do nothing.
A three-judge panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed that discrimination against transgender students violates Title IX, which prevents educational institutions that receive federal funding from discriminating based on sex. Three sick New England judges decide? This is just the end of the beginning!!
Soon they will say men are no longer permissible to discriminate from real women vs tranny’s when dating, courting, or marrying.

The Federal court probably made the right decision here. Letting men compete against the women may be a terrible idea, but it doesn’t necessarily involve Federal civil rights statutes.
Pay attention girls. This is the world your parents, “leaders,” teachers, and democrat party have made for you. You girls are nothing but “bleeding people” or “birthing persons.” Heck, you can’t even say your vagina makes you a girl. Your scholarships are being taken from you. Your locker rooms are being taken from you. Your innocence is being taken from you. Your femininity is being taken from you. The miracle of motherhood is being taken from you. All being taken and given to some mentally ill pervert who is gaming the system. My message to you girls is harvest and use this anger and remember who is doing this to you. What the real female atheltes should do is start boycotting any event that let’s phony women compete and actually start physically blocking those events.
Incorrect. The feminists of the Girl Scouts didn’t budge and forbid boys to join. It was the Boy Scouts who went full gay and allowed open homosexuals to be scout leaders and changed the name to “Scouting USA” to allow girls and trannies in the name of “inclusivity.” I feel sad when I see the boys trying to sell stuff at the store fronts because I had a blast when I was in Boy Scouts. As difficult as it may be for a young woman who has spent a lifetime training to compete, it is time for them to say No More. They must refuse to compete since there no longer is a level field of competition. If enough young women stand up to this transgender madness, with its rejection of basic human physiology, maybe things will change. If they remain silent, the Left’s war on women will accelerate.
