Federal judge prevents Biden from ending Trump-era ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy

A federal judge has prevented the Biden administration from ending the “Remain in Mexico” immigration policy introduced by the Trump administration, ruling on Thursday that it should stay in place while legal challenges play out.

Under the policy, which was enacted in 2019 and is formally known as the Migrant Protection Protocols, asylum-seekers — including those not from Mexico — have been sent to Mexico to await proceedings in their cases. President Biden moved to end the policy, under which more than 70,000 asylum-seekers were sent to Mexico from the United States, upon taking office.

Texas and Missouri took legal action to prevent Biden from ending the policy, delaying its repeal. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in June that Biden could end the policy and did not violate federal immigration law in trying to rescind it.

But the Supreme Court also returned the case to lower courts for additional proceedings, tasking U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk with determining whether the administration’s action was “arbitrary and capricious” in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act, which governs how federal agencies develop and issue regulations.

Some of these stories are just ridiculous. The current Obama / Biden Regime could care less about some judge. During Obama’s first term a Federal Judge ruled that the ban on Federal oil leases, an Executive Order (EO), was unconstitutional. Obama ‘stated’ he understood, and proceeded to just write a ‘new’ EO with practically the same language. He could then state that the old, unconstitutional EO was dead, while still performing the same function with the new EO.

As Rush often said, there are no rules, regulations, or laws for democRATS. There are only traditions. KKK, Riots, Segregation, etc.

Any white judge, no matter who nominated him, will no doubt be attacked. Any non-white judge who ventures off the politically correct, woke, democRAT plantation, will be mercilessly attacked as an Uncle Tom, incorrect minority who has adopted the white culture. Quoting the Founding Fathers, or even Martin Luther King, is now frowned upon. I noticed a list of micro-aggressions for a prestigious university, and MLK is turning over in his grave. Stating that I do not see color when I look at someone is now a microaggression. Judging by the character of a person is as well. Stanford University now has an African American dormitory, a Hispanic Latinx dormitory, and others. Students are segregated. Lovely, just lovely.

When Title 42 ends on the 21st, the expected crossing number per DAY will rise to 16,000-18000. Or 5,800,000-6,700,000 per year.

The "invading army" was not the army, but just the scouts, the reconnaissance teams.
