If they pay this out, the black population in California is going to increase a billion percent. They are going to have black people coming from not only every state into California, but from every country as well.Good plan. For starters, some people will leave Atlanta so the Republicans will be able to win in Georgia again.

Back in 1964, George Lincoln Rockwell ran for governor of Virginia. Part of his platform was a proposal to give every black $10,000 to go back to Africa and never come back. He got about 25% of the vote, if I recall.
